Henry lives on his own for a year until August brings Emma to Storybrooke. With more people saying the same story as his father, he wonders if it's true. The three of them manage to get Gold out of the asylum to live at home with Henry again.
Henry does learn magic and gains Pan's heart but instead of collecting items for Endgame, he makes Gold tell him everything about being the Dark One then stabs his grandfather with the dagger.
Instead of Endgame, Henry uses Pan's heart to cast the Dark Curse to his own specifications. Only Henry and Gold keep their memories and Henry makes Gold the saviour. As Henry still controls the dagger, he keeps magic in town but removes everyone's memory of it hence controlling Gold without everyone knowing.
Henry torments Gold until the man finally breaks the curse and Henry is locked up, eventually making a deal with the man to be released. See Files on Storybrooke Residents for more information on this curse.
Gold and Regina's roles are reversed compared to the above version of the curse but when Emma goes into hospital and Gold comforts Henry, a truce is born and Henry learns that revenge isn't the way. He grows and changes, redeeming himself in the process and even helps Gold break the curse.
Thirteen year old Henry touches something in Gold's shop after he finds out about his grandfather's nuptials. Finds himself in the back of the shop on the day Regina asks Gold to get her a child. Things go slightly differently though and Gold raises Henry with Jared's help. Because he wasn't affected by the curse, he grows up over the ten years.
Sixteen year old Henry plans to go back in time to meet Rumplestiltskin in his cage just before the curse is enacted. He learns magic to bring himself back but miscalculates the timing and gets caught in the curse. He's stuck in Storybrooke for twenty eight years not ageing.
Jared remembers the future from the beginning, lives and works with Gold for twenty eight years, finally telling him he's the seer from before the curse and they work together to break it and stop bad things happening to Henry like they did to Jared.
Due to the curse, Jared is his cursed persona and he lives and works with Gold for twenty eight years before abruptly getting his memories back when the curse is broken. He then tries to change what has happened so Henry doesn't have to go through what he went though at that age.
Henry accidentally gets caught in Zelena's time portal instead of Emma and Hook, appearing a lot further back in time than they did. Spends the years in the Dark Castle trying to learn enough magic to use the Dark Fairy's wand to send him back to the future before the curse hits, under the guise of a seer to explain why he knows things.
The curse hits. Jared lives with Gold, remembering his life as Henry, and keeps the future on track the way he remembers it until Emma turns up and he starts to change things.
Henry stops Rumple throwing Belle out of the castle and ends up married to her after the curs breaks. Despite never being afraid of the Dark One in EF, he's terrified of what Gold will do once he remembers and realises what Jared and Belle have been doing for 28 years.
As Henry grows older, he doesn't want to leave behind his immortal wife and child. Storybrooke's other immortal resident, Gold, comes up with a solution. Henry becomes the Dark One and they live happily in Storybrooke.
After the accidental death of his son, Henry's rage destroys Storybrooke and together with his wife, they use a bean to escape that world creating their own out of true love and the heart of the truest believer. It's called: Lyendor.

He lives his life onwards knowing he is immortal but without dagger as well as the future.
Henry ends up in a three hundred year cycle of loops due to reverting back to that first moment after he's born again the timeline. He's too scared to wonder what happens if he's not born or if the curse happens so he continues looking after Bae and Rumple and marrying the former to Emma so Henry can be born.
